Job Description

Leading commercial international business requires an experienced Commercial Manager to provide legal support and advice on commercial agreements, business terms and contracts support. Previous experience in negotiating, reviewing, amending and drafting customer and supplier contract/subcontracts, advising upon commercial risk, contributing to tenders and complex work bids, provision on contract advice across IP/IT, Outsourcing, Data Protection, Employment, TUPE, Licensing, Consultancy and general commercial matters.
Successful applicants will have a strong business understanding with an ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
