Bristol private practice now require an addition solicitor to join their commercial/corporate team supporting senior fee earners and partners with transactional work to include a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, some often high valued and complex in nature. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing your own files of business sale and purchases in addition to advising on other commercial and corporate matters.
