Commercial Solicitor, Bristol

A Commercial Solicitor is required for an excellent new opportunity at a highly regarded law firm in Bristol. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

A reputable law firm with a number of offices across the country, my client offers commercial legal advice to a range of clients from the Public, Private and Third Sectors. Their Commercial Contracts team is nationally recognised amongst market leaders in providing commercial legal advice to a number of areas in the commercial sector.

The successful candidate will be required to work within the Commercial contracts department, advising a number of public sector and multi-national businesses on a range of commercial outsourcing and partnership arrangements.

Working alongside two Partners, an Associate and a Solicitor, you will be required to provide a full service offering through a lifecycle of commercial transaction from strategic planning through to procurement, drafting and negotiation, to implementation and contract management.

The firm's work regularly raises issues concerning public authorities and the regulatory framework. Applications are welcome from Commercial Solicitors with over 2 years PQE that can come and hit the ground running within this small Commercial Contracts team.
