Job Description
Commercial lawyer, Berkshire This leading practice is currently looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their well regarded commercial team. They act for an attractive list of major corporates including many household names. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained from another major National or London firm. You will be responsible for a full range of commercial matters to include outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts, complex commercial projects and board level strategic advisory work. You will be required to lead significant transactions for major corporates and to supervise junior members of the team on these transactions and on a general day to day basis.
