Job DescriptionCompany and Commercial Solicitor is sought by our client in Bedfordshire to develop a new department under the Head of Department. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have undertaken both corporate, transactional and commercial contracts work, and be experienced in all aspects of corporate law, be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical skills combined with the ability to build relationships with clients and an understanding of the importance of marketing.
