Household name national financial institution, one of the largest in its field within the UK, has headquarters based in Wiltshire. Due to an influx of work, the legal team needs a commercial lawyer from NQ upwards to start immediately for a contract ending in late December 2008.
Working alongside other lawyers, you'll draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including procurement contracts for a range of goods and services, outsourcing and distribution agreements, as well as advise on consumer credit issues and wider legal issues across the Group.
You'll be a UK qualified lawyer. A financial services background is not needed and whilst in-house experience would be useful, it is not essential. This is an ideal opportunity to move in-house if you have not already done so.
Salary (up to £45,000) plus on-site parking.
