Company Commercial Solicitor - NQ+ - SALISBURY - Leading Firm
Our client is a well known practice based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and they currently seek a Solicitor who may be newly qualified, or have approximately one year recent relevant experience, to join their Company Commercial Team.
The work will involve a mixture of transactional corporate finance work (acquisitions and disposals, shareholder and subscription agreements, refinancing), commercial work (commercial agreements including service level agreements, agency and distributorship agreements, intellectual property), partnership and LLP work.
Every encouragement will be given to develop specialisms within the broad categories of work to be covered.
Detailed experience in all areas is not necessary for the successful candidate; far more important is an interest in the work, an ability to get on with colleagues and clients and a willingness to contribute to the team effort when needed.
The team consists of three partners, one senior consultant, two assistants and one paralegal. The applicant will take work from all of the partners in the department.
