Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of store and credit cards, point of sale finance and loyalty programmes. Regulated by the Financial Services Authority, it has over £500 million on loan and nearly 500 staff based across offices in UK and Ireland.

It now requires a Legal Services Manager to be based at its Head Office in the West Midlands. Reporting directly to a member of the Executive Committee, you'll be responsible for the provision of all legal advice across the company's three businesses in relation to CCA, DPA and contracts generally. You'll keep the company up-to-date on legal policy and act as the company's secretary. You will manage a small team and, in addition, manage external lawyers in relation to corporate, litigation and employment issues from time to time.

You'll be a contracs manager with a minimum of four year's experience or possible a qualified solicitor/legal executive. Whilst some experience in financial services and/or consumer credit would be useful, it is not essential.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000 plus a car, bonus and benefits package.
