At present, the need has arisen for a Company and Commercial Solicitor to join their West Midlands based office and give broad commercial and corporate advice to an SME client base including company formations, corporate governance and restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and disposals (shares and assets).
You will be expected to: handle an existing caseload and assist the Commercial Partners where necessary, develop a client base, liaise with other departments for the purpose of cross selling, assist with presentations at client seminars and maintain and expand your professional contacts list.
Potential candidates should be 1-3 years post qualified with a broad range of corporate/commercial experience, hands on SME support knowledge and outstanding presentation and marketing skills.
