Restructuring Solicitor 3 years PQE - Birmingham Wherever companies do business and whatever sector they work in, this quality legal firm is always there to meet their legal needs. An experienced Restructuring Solicitor with 3 years PQE is now required to join the firm and take an integral role within the Birmingham office. You will be joining the dedicated Restructuring practice which takes full responsibility for the whole spectrum of restructuring and insolvency work and provides expert advice backed by specialist market knowledge and cutting edge technical practices. The post holder will be involved in mainly contentious work with a particular emphasis on business and asset sales, the restructuring of businesses, debt involving distressed real estate issues, security creation and enhancement and formal insolvency procedures. We would like to speak with candidates from both contentious and non contentious backgrounds but either way, you will be a strong team player with comprehensive experience from a good quality City or regional practice.
