Our Client is an international law firm with a well renowned reputation for recruiting the best lawyers and delivering a top tier service. There are currently 2 positions available within the Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial Group.
The roles involve assisting in the negotiation of complex IT and IT outsourcing contracts, acting for both customers and suppliers in the public and private sectors. The two roles require solicitors with different levels of experience; the one role will suit a solicitor of circa 2-4 years' experience and the other will require a solicitor of at least 5 years' experience.
Junior Solicitor:
Ideally you will have experience of IT and outsourcing contracts however, candidates with a more general commercial background who wish to move into this area and can show a genuine interest in technology will be considered.
Experienced Solicitor:
This role requires a lawyer with strong IT, Telecoms and/or outsourcing experience. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the supervision of the junior members of the team in order to allow the senior members to develop and grow the team and the work.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of client relationships and support the teams' business development strategy.
