The Manchester office of this highly ranked national firm has a need for an Associate (4PQE+) Corporate Solicitor. You will need solid experience from a top tier practice to enable you to handle complex and high value transactions with a great deal of direct client contact.
You will be exposed to:
o M&A - share and asset disposals and acquisitions, including City Code takeovers as well as private M&A
o IPO's and secondary issues
o Private equity transactions
o Joint ventures
The 40 strong Corporate team in Manchester is well regarded and you will gain excellent support and training to enable a prosperous career. Salaries packages are highly attractive, as a guide this position is likely to offer £50 - 80,000. The office is centrally situated, very modern and a very desirable place to work!
