On behalf of this award winning Birmingham legal 500 law firm. Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 - 6 years PQE to join the firms thriving commercial property department.

Due to firm’s successful strategic planning, our client’s property division has recently been going through a period of rapid growth. The department has a good mixture of public and commercial sector work and is looking for a career driven solicitor to help build upon this success in both areas.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE who is wishing to secure a long term career opportunity with this expanding law firm.

The successful applicant will be working alongside the existing Commercial partners and will be given first-rate opportunities for personal and professional development whilst combing the perfect mix of autonomy and minimal supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned law firm which is keen to encourage its employees to develop their own strengths and skills to fulfil their potential. There will also be opportunities to become involved in non-fee earning tasks when the need arises.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

* Taking instructions from clients and on their behalf
* Working to high quality levels with the minimum of supervision
* Review case files on a regular basis
* Deal with the daily correspondence and telephone calls.
* Ensuring that all timescales are met
* Keep all matters up to date
* Compliance with the firm’s Confidentiality Policy at all times

Applicant Qualities:

* Minimum of 3 years UK PQE Commercial Property experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* True Team worker

Salary – Up to £80,000 will be awarded to reflect the skills and experience of the successful applicant.

Start Date - ASAP
