A Leamington Spa law firm is currently seeking a Solicitor who demonstrates good Company Commercial law knowledge. Salary up to £35k.
The Client: Our client has a fantastic reputation throughout Warwickshire with this role based in the Leamington Spa branch. It is a professional yet friendly firm with Quality Accreditation from the British Standards Institute and the Legal Services Commission.
The Role: A Solicitor with good knowledge of Current company legislation, contractual law in business to business and consumer context, Share structures, Shareholder and joint venture agreements, Corporate funding and banking documentation, Intellectual Property and IPR licensing is required for this growing team. Experience of distribution/agency agreements is preferable. The successful candidate will be required to: Handle an existing caseload, assist others, develop the client base, assisting with and presenting at client seminars and all other duties as necessary. Hands on SME support experience will be beneficial. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong IT, marketing and negotiation skills.
