A busy Company Commercial team in Nuneaton is currently seeking a qualified Solicitor to join their developing team. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client has a fantastic reputation throughout Warwickshire with this role based in the Leamington Spa branch. It is a professional yet friendly firm with Quality Accreditation from the British Standards Institute and the Legal Services Commission.
The Role: The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Company Legislation and Intellectual Property, in addition to being qualified to 1-3 yrs PQE. The successful candidate will be working with the team on a wide range of matters including Company formation and management, Partnership agreements, Commercial agreements, Contract advice, Franchise agreements, Trading overseas, Shareholder agreements, Raising capital, Joint ventures, Corporate reconstruction and Minority shareholder rights. Complexity and quantity of caseload will depend on previous experience.
