My client is the fastest growing law firm in South Wales and is consistently winning contracts and retaining clients over and above their competition. There is an exciting opportunity for a skilled personal injury solicitor with experience of multi-track claims and ideally catastrophic injury claims. The role entails defending a litigated caseload of complex claims and although this role demands a lot, your efforts are always recognised. The firm provides an excellent working environment and an impressive forward vision; employees are rewarded for their efforts and are encouraged and helped to progress if they have an ambitious nature. They are provided with a great package including competitive salaries, flexible working, a fantastic quality of work and regular employee forums in order to allow the staff to have a real input into their working environment. As a result staff loyalty is high. Due to the level of service that client's receive it is essential you thrive in the commercial environment of defending insurance claims and are able to be accountable for your own targets. You will be dynamic, hard working, ambitious, passionate about your work and not solely interested in a better salary. You may have experience in either claimant or defendant claims, litigation experience is essential. This is a great company that is truly going places.
