COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - NORTH EAST
Leading regional law firm are looking for a senior Commercial lawyer with experience gained within an in-house position in the chemicals or pharmaceuticals sectors or alternatively within a major City or regional firm to undertake a full range of commercial work advising our chemical and pharma sector clients. To suit the successful applicant and depending on the level of experience, the role will involve being based in one of 3 North East offices.
This will involve providing advice in relation to a full range of strategic projects and day-to-day agreements including supply and procurement agreements, toll manufacturing agreements, commercial and technical collaboration agreements, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of trading and a wide variety of general commercial contracts.
Significant previous exposure to work in the chemicals or pharmaceuticals sector is essential.
