Our client is a well respected London firm. They are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Commercial Department.
The team consists of 12 Fee earners and carries out high quality corporate, commercial and projects on behalf of Healthcare bodies.
The role will involve undertaking a wide range of commercial and contractual based advisory work including advice to charities and a range of governance, powers and procurement work. The role will also offer the opportunity to work with clients on a variety of corporate finance schemes.
The ideal candidate will have good commercial knowledge gained within a large regional or city firm and be able to demonstrate they are commercially minded as well as being highly motivated and able to work in a team. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry would be beneficial.
