Our client is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years PQE to join their team in Ipswich. The 14-strong team advises businesses on issues such as corporate governance and company secretarial issues, corporate tax, commercial agreements and licences, competition law, procurement and intellectual property.
