A Corporate Commercial Solicitor is now required to take a significant role within the company and help them to maintain and build upon their solid working ethic of providing solutions through professionalism and excellence of service.
Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the corporate discipline which will include familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s, takeovers, private equity, IP and finance and banking.
