One of the UK's top law firms is looking for a Solicitor to work in their employee incentive team in Bristol. The team offer advice to a wide range of clients ranging from small businesses to household names. The role will include advising on appropriate aspects of M&A transactions as well as helping businesses with pay structures and tax issues. Candidates should have experience of employee share schemes; the firm will consider corporate solicitors and applicants from a financial background.
The successful candidate will have a real opportunity to specialise and build a profile in this complex area of law. Training and supervision will be available from some of the regions best known specialists, whilst business development and career progression opportunities will also be available.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience, the firm also offer a benefits package including pensions, healthcare and much more.
