This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate finance solicitor to join the Bristol offices of this top 100 legal practice. The firm offer a range of commercially focussed services to their clients, with the Bristol department operating as a vital component in the national operations of the commercial team.
As a corporate finance solicitor the successful applicant will work on a challenging caseload of mergers, acquisitions, alternative market and financial services issues. Working alongside some of the regions most renowned specialists will present the opportunity to expand your knowledge and know-how. In addition, the firm provides training sessions to assist with the development of all fee earners.
The ideal candidate will be at least 2 years PQE and have previous corporate, corporate finance or financial services experience, ambition and determination. Training in-house, at a large regional or London firm is desirable.
