A steadily expanding law firm is currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Company Commercial team in their Gloucester office. Salary up to £45k.

This Gloucester office is of high quality and has an open plan environment while holding many dedicated and specialist solicitors. The Role: Candidates will be required to have previously worked within Company Commercial law. Within the role you will be required to manage your own caseload, liaise with clients on a daily basis, handling Commercial matters from Company formations and joint ventures to acquisitions, management buyouts, corporate and Venture Capital finance, offer clear advice and practical support and be able to work with small owner managed businesses as well as publicly quoted companies.
Candidates will be efficient and pro-active with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships at ease. Team players with a positive and flexible attitude will be best suited to this role.
