Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Legal Executive (ILEX) with a minimum 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property on behalf of our highly prestigious client in East Sussex.
Based in an idyllic location our clients have evolved into one of the leading law practices in the area. With memberships and affiliations with various conglomerates our client is in a unique position to give clients unique local access to various legal services through out Europe and provide comprehensive personal service to their private clients based in Sussex and further a field.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property and experience should include all aspects of development work, acquisitions, plot sales disposals, planning agreements, conditional contracts and options. You should also have excellent IT skills, be able to use the Internet and digital dictation equipment.
