In-House Legal Contracts Manager - ILEX qualifications preferred South Coast - £35,000 +
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to represent a leading regional law firm, working on-site with one of their major international corporation clients based along the South Coast.
The role will involve assisting the Regional Counsel on a number of matters including; reviewing contractual terms on sales, purchases and other agreements, Intellectual Property matters including trade mark and copy right issues, developing and maintaining office administrative systems, procedures and the Confidentiality Agreements database, along with undertaking various ad-hoc assignments with other members of senior management.
Looking to recruit an Paralegal with experience of reviewing contracts and contract management, with the ability to work on their own initiative within a major corporation.
