Corporate Solicitor - Thames Valley
Leading regional private practice with one of the largest Corporate teams in the Thames Valley area are currently looking to recruit a talented individual to join the team. The team handle a full range of Corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, buy-outs and corporate funding/banking.
The successful candidate will need to have experience working within Corporate law with the confidence to handle their own transactions with minimal supervision.
