Our client is a progressive mid-tier Law Firm and has an excellent vacancy for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding department, based in Uxbridge Office. The department deals with start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies. The work ranges from modest to large, complex transactions. The firm is looking for someone who is client focused and has a business minded approach, as well as making your own mark within the firm and the team that you will be joining. You will be participating in marketing activities and developing your expertise in corporate transactions acting for major clients. If you have a proven track record and academic excellence and with at least three - four years experience gained in a renowned regional or city firm apply today.
