CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - OXFORDSHIRE
Leading regional Legal 500 firm looking for an additional solicitor as part of the continued development of their corporate/commercial team, to exploit the opportunities available.
The role involves handling primarily corporate transactions, in a busy department with a good flow of deals and being a "trusted adviser" to a wide range of SME owners. Clients range from UK operations of multinational groups to early stage entrepreneurial companies. There is a strong ethos of knowledge sharing in the Department and a great team spirit. The successful highly motivated candidate is likely to have at least 6-8 years PQE and would be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills and relish the challenges of delivering a high quality service, as well as being involved in the marketing, development and management of the department. A client following would be advantageous
