Our client requires a Solicitor PQE 3 years plus to join there professional The role will be general corporate & commercial work. The successful candidate will undertake general corporate work for a wide variety of clients from owner-managed businesses to public companies and multi-nationals, particularly M&A and corporate finance transactions, together with some banking work
