Work will include Commercial Contract negotiation and drafting, Shareholders' Agreements, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances – Pooling of Resources, Technologies and/or Concepts by means of Corporate, Partnership or Contractual Vehicles, Marketing and Distribution/Agency Agreements, Franchising, Merchandising and Licensing, Intellectual Property, Companies Act requirements, General Company/Corporate issues, Outsourcing Contracts and Procurement, Company/Business Purchases and Disposals, MBOs (including Secondary Buyouts), MBIs and BIMBOs, Venture Capital, Succession Planning and Equity Releases, Stock Exchange matters, Public Company Takeovers, AIM Flotations, Public to Private and Corporate Tax and Restructuring.
