Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting the services of a Commercial Property Solicitor for one of our finest clients based in the idyllic south coastal region of Dorset.
This wonderful opportunity has just arisen within this multi-branched Dorset firm for an experienced Property Solicitor with a proven background in the area of Commercial property.
The successful applicant will have a proven history in UK Commercial Property and will be working within a proactive team that deals with a large variety of the firms Commercial Clients.
The role will involve a wide variety of Commercial Property aspects, including acquisitions, development and finance with career progression guaranteed for the successful applicant as this leading firm is committed to employee development and provides ongoing training and support to all its valued employees.
Applicant:
* Must have a proven work history in UK Commercial Property
* Must the ability to think out side the circle to attract and maintain new and existing clientele.
The firm is offering a very competitive Salary and Benefits package of up to £45,000 which is openly negotiable depending upon previous experience and expectations. Salary will also be reviewed on an annual basis.
Start date - ASAP.
