The post holder will be dealing in all disputes relating to goods and services, restrictive covenants, confidentiality, employment related civil litigation, intellectual property, defamation or professional negligence.
An established practitioner, you will be highly competent both technically speaking and in a client facing environment and you will boast a proven track record of successful cases.
