An excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with solid transactional experience to join developing Chambers Ranked commercial team. A varied diet of business sales, purchases, company formations and reconstructions with a value up to £10m +. The opportunity is also available to candidates with an interest in IP & IT to become more involved in this dynamic area of law. You will be expected to have experience in developing a department including networking and marketing, e.g. newsletters and seminars. The commercial team currently covers both corporate and commercial property but with a new office pending, which will be focusing on servicing business clients, it is intending to expand and divide the current teams into separate divisions. It is envisaged that you will currently be working for either a city or large regional firm and looking to take the next step in your career.
