Our client is one of the leading law firms in Oxford, well known for their range and depth of its Corporate team.
The firm is growing rapidly and offers excellent career prospects in a supportive team environment.
At present they have a vacancy within their Corporate/Commercial department for an experienced Solicitor.
The successful candidate is likely to have at least 4-8 years recent and relevant experience and would be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, and relish the challenges of delivering a high quality service, as well as being involved in the marketing, development and management of the department.
The role involves handling primarily corporate transactions, in a busy department with a good flow of deals and being a "trusted adviser" to a wide range of SME owners. Clients range from UK operations of multinational groups to early stage entrepreneurial companies. There is a strong ethos of knowledge sharing in the Department and a great team spirit.
