Having been heavily acquisitional over a number of years and with a continuing focus on developing its business, our client now seeks its first in-house lawyer. Our client is one of a number of subsidiaries of an AIM listed company which is growing at a phenomenal rate and therefore seeks a lawyer who is confident and willing to learn. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have a wide and varied role, with responsibility for a full range of in-house legal issues including commercial contracts and M & A activity.
Working closely with and managing legal counsel externally, this opportunity provides you with the chance to make your mark within an established business. You will add value to the business and provide pragmatic and effective business solutions to the board.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the financial services and of working in house but this should not be a barr to your application providing you have strong corporate and commercial experience.
