An opportunity has arisen within the Corporate/Commercial Tax division of this highly ranked national private practice law firm. Based from the prestigious Manchester office you will work in a busy team, providing advice on a wide range of transactions:
Corporate (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, join ventures and restructurings)
Commercial Contracts (inc indirect tax and cross border issues)
Finance (inc property and acquisition finance)
Project Finance and outsourcing (PFI/PPP)
Property (development, JV structures, formation of property investment funds, onshore and offshore property holding structures, advice on Vat and SDLT)
Applicants must have great technical knowledge, at least 3 years experienced gained from a top national or international firm and a broad background to enable them to work on a number of complex issues. You should instantly address the need for high client care standards, be able to spot business development opportunities and market your work. You should be bright, with good academics and be looking to really make a name for yourself in this area of law.
You will be exposed to high value and complex transactions, and deal with a prestigious client base.
