Commercial Property Solicitor North Manchester - £40,000 +

Niche non-contentious property and probate firm seeks commercial property lawyer 1-3 years PQE to join their team. Must be self motivated, able to work without supervision, dependable, and enjoy being busy and part of a small team.

Traditional firm with a lot of customer contact, so client care is very important as business comes very much from recommendations.

Can be flexible regarding working days – could be 3-4 or full time.
Fantastic opportunity for the right candidate for future partnership prospects.

Duties include
• Sale or purchase of land and business premises
• Commercial leases acting for both landlord and tenant
• Secured property lending and borrowing
• Development site assembly – amalgamation of property titles, main roads connect (The blank canvass) – agreements with council for drains etc.
• Residential developments and associated plot sales
• Commercial developments
• Landlord and tenant work
• Property tax planning
• Corporate support
• Environmental and planning work
