Experienced Personal Injury Claims Handlers (full/part ILEX qualified) are sought to join this large company in Southport. You will be acting on behalf of claimants, advising on liability and compensation, generating letters, collating evidence in support of losses, dealing with claims against the MIB, submitting details of claims to third party insurers and negotiating settlements, issuing simple files to court or preparing the more complicated files for issue for In-house Solicitors.
The caseload is likely to be (phone number removed) RTA files and you will handle all stages. Salaries at this specialist PI Private Practice firm are competitive with 28days holiday and other additional benefits.
