Responsible to the Head of the Commercial Law Department in this well known and successful law firm, this role is pivotal to the success and growth of the Dispute Resolution Team. You will be expected to manage and run a caseload of dispute resolution / commercial litigation matters of mixed work types for a wide range of commercial clients predominantly at the top end of the SME market. You will be taking matters through from initial instructions through to full civil trials including attendance and advocacy as appropriate at interlocutory hearings and CMC's.
