Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Solicitor with a minimum 6+ years PQE in Corporate Law on behalf of our highly prestigious client in Manchester.
Based with the central business district, this client has evolved into one of the leading law practices in the area through their enviable reputation in delivering comprehensive Legal advice and first class customer service to all their clients.
Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 6+ yrs PQE to join their rapidly expanding Corporate / Commercial department.
The successful applicant will have general experience in mergers & acquisitions work including joint venture agreements as well as a working knowledge of employment law. IP experience is desirable but not essential. The applicants will also have experience in managing their own caseload as well as experience in marketing and team management. First class communication skills, analytical and decision-making making skills are essential.
