COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - PART TIME - LANCASHIRE
Niche Commercial Property firm dealing mainly with Landlord and Tenant law seeks Commercial Property Solicitor 3 yrs + PQE, initially on a part time basis, expanding to full time. Must have experience of dealing with the preparation and drafting of precedent Shared Ownership Leases for flats and houses; conveyancing in relation to the sale of Shared Ownership flats and houses, some general commercial leasehold drafting and conveyancing and other miscellaneous leasehold and conveyancing queries.
