Manchester, Commercial Securities & Property Department currently have a vacancy for a qualified Solicitor with previous secured lending and commercial property experience.
The main purpose of this role will be to manage secured lending for non-contentious commercial property transactions. You will be expected to have excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills. You should be fully committed to teamwork, take a very thorough approach to documenting your work, be able to demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and undertake the requirements of the role with the minimum amount of supervision. This position would suit a motivated individual with intelligence, ambition, lateral thinking and sound judgment skills. Previous secured lending and commercial property experience is essential: brewery lending experience would be desirable.
