Commercial / Corporate Solicitor - Manchester.
A unique opportunity has arisen at a niche commercial firm based in Manchester. This entrepreneurial firm recently made a number of headline appointments from large national firms and is now seeking to recruit a commercial/corporate lawyer.
The role will involve managing a non-contentious caseload to include MBO's, MBI's, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial contracts for blue chip clients. Ideally we are looking for a solicitor with at least 2 year's PQE
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work closely with key clients and be given autonomy in a cohesive and supportive team. The culture of the firm is down to earth and friendly.
