The Corporate Banking team of this major City law firm acts for a wide variety of financial institutions including clearing banks, building societies and other financiers. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor who can offer quality experience in this sector. The work includes general corporate banking, acquisition finance, syndicate participations, property investment and development finance, housing finance and asset finance. You will advise a broad range of corporate clients on funding arrangements and therefore the role will involve significant client contact and business development. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading corporate banking team with a view to rapid career progression. Salary will be attractive and geared to the level of experince offered. Expected to be iro £50,000 p.a.
