Our client is a commercially focused Practice and are now seeking an assistant solicitor to bolster the team. You'll find from day one an exceptional level of varied matters and the beauty of it is, that this role can be tailored, to some extent, according to your attributes and experience.
You will be involved with transactional work and advising shareholders and directors and all aspects in respect of partnerships, LLPs, commercial contracts, intellectual property, competition law and insolvency and restructuring.
The firm enjoys a national reputation for its work in the agricultural and food sectors which have specific needs in respect of collaborative ventures and there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to obtain interesting experience in this area of work.
In addition to this niche area you'll act for diverse UK clients including national developers, investors and plcs a significant number of which are blue-chip companies.
