PROJECTS LAWYER - MANCHESTER
The position is ideally suited for corporate lawyers looking for a change. We are looking for a 4 years+ PQE lawyer, ideally from a corporate team or with corporate background, who understands Joint Ventures (property/regeneration focused in particular) and who would like increased responsibility as well as a change in terms of both work and client base. The role is to be based in Manchester but will be part of an expanding national team
The successful candidate can expect to work extremely closely with clients from a very early stage in projects right through to completion (including long-term joint ventures); providing strategic legal advice on a broad range of issues applying to the public sector and private sector - many of which will be influenced by Government policy. The candidate would work alongside, and supervise, one or two more junior team members and would be responsible for the day to day running of projects. The role will require good analytical skills and lateral thinking as well as an understanding of property and development law, however, we would also train the successful candidate on these areas.
This position represents a unique opportunity to become part of an expanding team headed up by nationally recognised specialists and to work closely with dynamic clients in an exciting and fresh area of work
