COMPANY COMMERCIAL/COMPETITION SOLICITOR
Due to an ever increasing work load this leading full service law firm are considering expanding our Competition expertise with the addition of a second lawyer.
Candidates should already have experience in competition law including the following:
Drafting, Negotiating and advice on agreements
Price fixing and cartels
Abuse of dominant positions
Complaints to competition authorities
Advice on merger control
Defending Competition investigations
Application of Public Procurement Legislation
State Aid Legislation
Candidates should also have experience in commercial law generally, as there will be some general commercial work involved in the role.
