National firm seeks talented and ambitious commercial lawyer due to expansion. Excellent opportunity with partnership prospects. An opportunity has arisen at this national firm for an experienced commercial lawyer. Joining an established and highly regarded team you will advise a client base made up of OMBs, SMEs as well as Plc and AIM listed clients. Work is varied and will include general commercial contracts, intellectual property, information technology and data protection. This firm has a strong presence within the public sector market and as such any public sector commercial experience will be advantageous. The successful candidate should have no less than two years post qualification experience gained at a recognised commercial practice. You must be commercially minded and be able to demonstrate a history of business development. Senior lawyers frustrated with the lack of partnership prospects at their current firm are also invited to apply.
