Our market leading Manchester based client seeks an associate level solicitor to join their Corporate team
The Corporate team offers a significant experience of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, flotation's, joint ventures, reconstructions and other forms of equity/ debt financing. In addition the team has a strong reputation in private equity, with strong relationships with many of the UK's leading private equity houses.
Applicants will have experience in the following areas:
·M&A share and asset disposals and acquisings
·IPO's and secondary issues
·Private equity transactions
·Joint ventures
·Regularly updated technical expertise
In addition there is an emphasis on client contact with clients and regular attendance at networking events. The working environment is informal but demanding with regular team social events. Furthermore, the role offers excellent long term career prospects within the firm.
