Our market leading Manchester based client seek an Associate level Solicitor to join their Contentious and Commercial division.
The role will involve working as part of a team under the supervision of a partner in a variety of general commercial and financial disputes. The team acts for some of the UK's largest corporations and will provide a stimulating caseload.
The successful applicant will need to have prior experiience working within Contentious Commercial/ Financial Litigation law gained in a corporate environment. An ability to be actively involved in disputes, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as required. In addition the successful applicant must have an enthusiasm to market to potential clients and provide the highest levels of client care.
